Product damage liability | การรับผิดชอบต่อสินค้า
HIP THAI QC. สินค้าอย่างละเอียดทุก Lot. และมีสินค้าแถมจำนวนหนึ่ง
– สภาพสินค้าภายนอกการรับประกัน 15 วันหลังจากลูกค้ารับสินค้า ลูกค้าจำเป็นต้องตรวจสอบสินค้าเพื่อส่งเครมสินค้า
– สภาพสินค้าภายใน เช่นคุณภาพสินค้า HIP THAI รับเคลมภายใน 6 เดือน ยกเว้น ตรวจพบการเก็บรักษาไม่เป็นไปตามคำแนะนำของบริษัท และในกรณีผู้ใช้สินค้ามีอาการแพ้ในบางรายเท่านั้น ( บางราย ณ ที่นี้ ลูกค้าแพ้ไม่เกิน 25 % ของสินค้าทั้งหมดใน Lot ดังกล่าว)
HIP THAI QC. Detailed products in every lot.
– External condition , 15 days warranty after the customer receives the product. The customer needs to inspect the product in order to submit a claim.
– Internal product condition, warranty and claim within 6 months, Except in case of detection of storage not in accordance with the company’s instructions. And in the case that the product users have allergies in some cases only (some cases are customers who lose no more than 25% of all products in the lot)
